Katie is a dynamic, compassionate, and highly experienced transformational change specialist who has spent over 20 years supporting organisations, teams, and leaders to review, rethink and redesign what they do and how they do it.
Katie brings a unique blend of experience from several inhouse operational and change management roles, Consulting for Deloitte, and, most recently, her independent people development business.
Having worked across the public, private and third sectors she is adept at stakeholder engagement, facilitating the identification of opportunities and bright ideas, and catalysing positive action in complex, multi-disciplinary, and multi-agency settings.
She is a passionate advocate for taking a wellbeing-informed and whole person approach to people engagement, development and problem-solving.
