The Melting Pot’s meeting room hire offers a comprehensive package, featuring strong and reliable WiFi, flipchart with paper and pens, and a whiteboard. Our attentive hosting team ensures a seamless experience, welcoming your guests and providing support throughout the day. The Executive Boardroom and The Meeting Room are fully equipped with TV screens and audio set-up, making virtual meetings a breeze. Additionally, we offer local and sustainable catering options tailored to your preferences, keeping you powered and refreshed throughout the day.

Our light, bright Executive Boardroom can be hired for up to 14 people. It is fully accessible, located on the ground floor of the building.
The CoLab room can accommodate 16-25 people (depending on the layout) and is located in our creative basement.
The Meeting Room can host up to 10 people and can also be found in our colourful basement.
The Commons is our largest event space situated just behind our big, red front doors. Hugely versatile and great for gatherings of up to 50 people.
Our Whole Basement hire includes use of the CoLab, Meeting Room, all the breakout meeting spaces and kitchen.
The Hot Office is available for long-term rent (6 months+). It can accommodate 6 team members, has strong Wi-Fi and comes fully furnished.
