Sam founded a mental health and isolation charity in 2016 before moving on to a transformation project in a Fife charity. She loves change projects so much that she then completed a PhD in change in UK universities. Sam is at her best when she’s had time to make a mess in the kitchen or has been munroing in the Scottish Highlands.
