For the past decade, she has run her own social business, Not9to5, helping individuals and organisations navigate the changing world of work. Helen has been a member of The Melting Pot’s coworking community since 2016, and has found it to be an important source of connection, career progression and community. She is passionate about social innovation and as CEO will lead The Melting Pot in this next chapter as Scotland’s Centre for Social Innovation.
