What I bring:  Community engagement design and facilitation: 15 years’ practice across the UK social change and sustainability sector. End-to-end event and programme coordination: designing, running and capturing gatherings and processes, from small groups to 130-person convenings. Strategic operations for founders and small teams: I bring my positivist, cheerleader energy paired with real structure and holding of the work and the process.

Outside of work I enjoy: I like seed saving. It anchors me into the seasons and lets me marval at the beauty and the potency of such a small thing. I like to think that my work is sometimes also like a little seed – I might be a small part of a bigger orgs work sometimes but it can seed something and flourish.
