Keira Oliver

Keira holds over 20 years of experience in government, facilitation and social research, in areas such as organisational transformation, public service reform, children & families.

She has led on a number of complex projects and programmes of work with national government and across sectors, focusing on human learning systems and awareness-based systems change, leadership development and action research. She also chaired the board of a start-up social enterprise.

Keira has worked with people in all capacities, from very senior leaders to community members, online and in person, in Scotland and across the world, and co-authored a number of journal articles and book chapters on her work.

Her main purpose is to work with groups and individuals to form generative learning communities that support brave conversations, create the confidence to take wise actions and regenerate our systems to enable people and our ecosystems to thrive.
