For over a decade, she has supported public and third sector organisations navigate complexity through curiosity, collaboration and creativity. She helps organisations to better meet the rapidly changing needs of service users, staff and volunteers in the context of unprecedented social, economic and technological change.

She has worked across health and social care, education, justice, defence and agriculture sectors to improve services, inform policy creation, drive innovation, build UCD capacity and deliver reform.
