Phillip joined us in 2010 as part of a Community Jobs Fund for a 6 month post as an Events Assistant, and loved The Melting Pot so much that he decided to call it home!
Phillip has recently stepped into the role of Operations and Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth running of our venues. Don’t panic Potters! He is also still here to host the space, run our venue hire services and look after you lot, so you can still depend on him for everything, from setting up the printers to a wee laugh at the kettle.
With so many years at The Melting Pot under his belt Phillip has pretty much turned in to the ‘walking Wikipedia’ on how everything at The Melting Pot works.
