Andrew Harris is a former public policy professional, now exploring a new career as a scholar and writer. He graduated from the University of Durham and has worked in a variety of roles including as a civil servant with the Scottish Government, Deputy Director then Director of the Scottish Council Foundation think-tank, Programme Manager then Head of Organisational Performance at NHS Health Scotland and Head of Scottish Affairs at the General Medical Council conducting public affairs programmes and regulatory oversight of registered doctors in Scotland.

Sean Kelly’s experience in conflict and post-conflict countries has imbued in him a passion for development and an understanding that, in complex environments, shared value reinforces security and reduces social conflict. He is Managing Director of Trubshaw Cumberlege who help transform communities and give companies a chance to focus on what they do best – make a profit for shareholders.

Diane Wild is a communications professional, specialising in health care, the arts, sports broadcasting, travel and more. She knows how to help you define and communicate your purpose through thoughtful strategy and engaging storytelling with a variety of techniques including communications planning, writing, editing, social media and print and digital publications.

Mary Irwin is an innovative writer, researcher and communications specialist who is a recognised authority in the field of the arts and media. She has delivered a wide range of very successful research projects at top rated UK academic institutions. Her professional expertise and ability to inspire colleagues mean she is in great professional demand as a creative collaborator..

Murray Bunton and Jenna Hammerslag have joined TMP while passing through Edinburgh on a trip that started in NYC (pictured enjoying our Social Enterprise World forum Dine-Around event!). Murray runs Agency, a creative studio for social change helping non-profits and advocacy organisations create brands, digital experiences and campaigns. Agency work a lot in fundraising, running Raisely a fundraising platform for non-profits. Jenna is an experienced media coordinator and project manager accomplished in all aspects of campaign development, digital marketing, fundraising and bid/grant writing.

Richard Henderson is an experienced Managing Partner working in the venture capital and private equity industry. Richard works with business planning, entrepreneurship, venture capital, asset management, and corporate law. He’s also a chartered accountant! Welcome to TMP Richard.

Emma Bowman is the director of Jackel Investments, an investment company that specialises in property management and development. Emma has recently taken an exciting step into self employment, leaving behind a career as an analytical consultant in the banking sector.

Rob Hillier is an Assistant Project Manager at the Ecology Consultancy and the only person from their team based in Scotland, he’s joined TMP so we can all keep him company (good move). Rob is responsible for scheduling ecological surveys for large infrastructure projects and procurement.
