Justin Ryan enables wellness, communication, development and performance through his extensive experience in personal education in group facilitation. He specialises within the voluntary sector and NGOs. Justin also holds regular mindfulness classes here at TMP!
Sophie Harpur is passionate about making the complex world of experimentation accessible to everyone with core engineering, growth, design and product principles in mind. As Product Manager at Split, her goal is to help companies across a wide range of industries experiment and rollout software in the safest and most effective way.
Lizzie Eardley is a data science consultant specialising in statistics, AB testing and online experimentation, also working at Split along with Sophie. In her spare time you will find Lizzie drumming – possibly even with TMP’s own Anna and Sam!
Michelle O’Connor is a copywriter, editor and tone of voice consultant. She is originally from Dublin and she moved here in February. Michelle works with companies all around the world to help them develop their brand voice and communicate it in the best way possible. As a former member, Liz MacWhirter wrote her debut novel Black Snow Falling, a feminist thriller set in the 16th century. She is now working on another historical novel, while also supporting herself as a freelance copywriter. Welcome back to the community, Liz!
Andreas Finke loves to work with his clients to enable them to employ new technologies and methods of agile and remote working. He was born in a vanished country (GDR) and describes home as being too many places, but he is excited about being in Scotland. Welcome Andreas!
