In a first for The Melting Pot, we brought together three inspiring, local social entrepreneurs for an evening of social banter and to  share their stories in front of a live studio audience.

The unique format of the Chat Show offers viewers a chance to listen to the speakers tell their stories in their own words, prompted by probing and insightful questions from the host. It aims to raise awareness of the incredible work being done through social enterprises as well as to inspire others to get involved in the movement.

The event was filmed here at The Melting Pot and hosted by Founder and Managing Director, Claire Carpenter, who interviewed the star guests in front of a large and expectant studio audience.  Claire was joined on the sofa by Mel Young, Co-Founder of the Homeless World Cup, inspirational start-up Marianne Paterson of Ayrshire Children’s Services, and award-winning green entrepreneur Greg Chauvet of The Bike Station Glasgow.
