Sarah Jackman
Sarah is an experienced senior executive legal Counsel, Chair, Board advisor and recognised employment lawyer, she works across a broad range of organisations from privately owned and listed companies to public sector institutions.
She has extensive experience in Scotland, and across the UK, has worked in an Australian owned bank and is a German speaker.
Sarah has extensive experience advising HR in both the legal and banking sectors, she has advised on significant strategic developments within a UK retail bank, involving staff restructures, policy changes, regulatory considerations and a drive towards digitalisation and inclusion. In private practice she is responsible for business development initiatives to deepen and build client relationships. Her work includes advising and influencing decisions on diversity and inclusion strategies, conduct, reputational and financial risk. Committed to innovation and finding new ways of doing things, she advises on the people impacts of COVID disruption and supporting employee wellbeing during the cost-of-living crisis.
Sarah brings to the board her ability to apply business and legal experience, pragmatism and judgment, along with her knowledge in HR, Diversity and Inclusion and Business Development.
