Jess draws on 20 years working in charities and social enterprises, from community-based and partnership development roles to designing services and leading teams. Since 2019 she has supported over 100 impact organisations and entrepreneurs to develop business models, bring ideas to life and create meaningful strategies.

Working with human and planet-centred design at the core of her approach she helps organisations to understand what people really value and need from them. She creates spaces that enable them move from ideas to action, supporting their personal growth and organisational capacity along the way.
