Volunteers & Interns:

The opportunities vary over time, and all help us meet our mission - to stimulate and support social innovation.  We are a small staff team, and have limited capacity for working with volunteers at operational and strategic level.  Nonetheless, we are always interested to hear from people who'd like to help and have for volunteering positions including:

  • hosting our co-working space
  • organising events for our members
  • market research projects
  • business development initiatives

To discuss these or other opportunities (potentially with any of our Member organisations), please contact Claire.  Please include your CV and overview of what aptitudes, attitudes, skills and level of engagement (time / length of commitment) you would be willing to contribute.

Recent feedback from a volunteer:

"Thanks for the opportunity to volunteer at The Melting Pot.  It's given me invaluable experience that wouldn't otherwise be available to me (looking for a job is difficult where employers  want 'more experience' but aren't willing to give people the opportunity to develop that experience). TMP's full of really interesting people and I genuinely enjoy working with TMP staff.  I count myself lucky!"  Ashley
