Terms and Conditions – basic summary:
- Prices include VAT and payment is due in advance.
- TMPUnltd, 100, 50 and 25 memberships are per calendar month, and will be invoiced electronically monthly in advance.
- Connection Level Members are required to sign up to a 3-month minimum contract, invoices will be issued quarterly in advance by e-mail.
- Networker Membership is a 12 month non-refundable contract, payable in advance, invoices for time used will be issued quarterly.
- Phone calls out, colour printing and photocopying are charged quarterly.
- Honesty box in kitchen for small additional charges: guests’ refreshments, excess printing, laminated sheets etc.
- We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Cheque (“The Melting Pot”) and Electronic Transfer (BACS), Standing Order, PayPal. Once registered, we shall issue you with a Standing Order Form to complete and give to your bank.
- Any payment must state the invoice number OR your name, business and month/s you are paying for.
- A full calendar month notice in writing must be given when changing levels or cancelling a Membership.
- Notice must be given on or before the first day of the month before the month in which the change is to take effect – e.g. on or before 1 January to leave or change to a different level as of 1 February.
- Members are responsible for monitoring their time use each month. We work on a honesty policy. If you use more time than you’ve purchased – you must pay for it.
- Your guests’ time is deductable from your own hours. Hours are not transferable to another month or person.
- All members will be charged for additional hours in arrears at £4 p/h if you exceed your time allocation.
- Private lockable storage is available for an extra charge of £15- £30 per month.
- Time spent at Members’ events is not part of your monthly allowance – they are free.
