The information collated here is used for 4 different purposes:
- To understand your requirements and ensuring that we can offer you the right service
- For our own business administration eg for contacting and invoicing you, etc
- Creating a searchable public profile held on our website, with a ‘contact me’ facility which protects your email address and personal identity.
- Creating a searchable ‘Members only’ profile, held in our ‘Community Directory’ in the Members area of our website. This contains more information than the brief profile which the general public can see.
Your profile will be automatically completed through the information supplied, but you will be able to adjust and amend it easily at a future date should you wish.
Upon receiving your completed Membership application, we will review it to assess your needs and activities against our current availability and existing Community profile. We’ll confirm our decision within 48 hours at the most.
