MHScot Consulting is once again supporting University of Edinburgh Business School on their Company Sponsored Dissertation programme.
This year they are looking at ‘Mental Health Issues in Returning to the Workplace’, with the aim of identifying existing barriers and stigmas based on employees’ perspective and experience, and determine whether there is any perceived company intervention in recruitment to avoid discrimination. The factors that contribute to success and lead to failure in recruitment, support and engagement will be analysed.
In order to conduct their research they need suitable participants! They’re looking for individuals living in the Central Belt to take part starting from the middle of May until mid-July. The final report and dissertation will be completely anonymised.
