0131 243 2626At The Melting Pot we realise that interviews can be as stressful for the interviewer as they are for the interviewee. When you hold job interviews in The Melting Pot we can provide an additional Interview hosting service for your candidates.
This includes:
- Each interviewee being welcomed by our staff and made comfortable in a private waiting and working space for up to 1/2 hour before their interview
- Providing tea, coffee or water for the interviewee while they wait
- Setting the candidate up with any organisational materials, tasks or exercises you require
This will:
- Provide a professional experience and image of your organisation to your interview candidates
- Reduce your stress on the day by allowing you to focus on the candiidate in front of you, and allowing our staff to welcome and set-up your candidates
- Create peace of mind for you and your candidates so that you can get the best out of your interview process, and get the best person for the job
Our Event Hosts are always on site to support you and ensure your event is a great success.
Interview Hosting: £5 per interview candidate plus £16/hr for the hire of the meeting room (inc VAT)
