Workshop Space
The spacious Workshop space can be set up to suit your event, and depending on the seating arrangements it can accommodate from 10-80+ delegates.
Room rates start from £150 (inc VAT) for a half day and always include the complementary use of a computer, sound system, flipchart, whiteboard, data projector and Wi-Fi. We are flexible with the hire options for this space; you can hire by the hour, the half-day or full day.
Special discount deals are also available for small groups, on ‘Magic Mondays’, bulk bookings, for TMP Members and through our own 'TMPLastMinute' for late deals.

Meeting Room
Our boardroom style meeting room can seat up to 10 delegates. It includes use of a flip-chart, whiteboard, data projector and Wi-Fi, and is available from only £16 per hour (VAT inc). It even has a view of Edinburgh Castle - just!
There is a minimum of 2 hours for a booking, and a small surcharge if you wish to hire during out-of-office hours, including weekends. Note - we are open late Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Pod
Our 'Pod' is a small confidential space holding up to 4 people located in our co-working space. It is great for 1-2-1's where it is safe to be seen but not heard. The Pod is available for hire at £5 per person per hour.
Whole Space Hire
Hire of the whole space includes everything on our floor - all 3000 sq. ft. Our low carbon and eco-smart space is fully accessible and is ideal for public consultations, large AGMs, conferences, social gatherings and private functions. We can cater for your event with a wide range of delicious, organic, locally sourced and Fair Trade catering/refreshments. You can also bring in your own food and alcohol at an additional charge, if you wish.
