Interview Hosting

At the Melting Port we realise that conducting interviews can be as stressful for the interviewer as they are for the interviewee - whether it is for new staff, board members or interns / volunteers.

Our meeting room is perfect for the interviews and for just £5 per interviewee (plus room hire), we can provide an additional interview hosting service -  helping you and your candidates take some of the stress and strain out of the day. 

This includes:

• Each interviewee being welcomed by our staff and made comfortable for up to 1/2 hour before their interview
• Providing tea, coffee or water for the interviewee while they wait
• Setting the candidate up with any organisational materials, tasks or exercises you require

This will:

• Provide a professional experience and image of your organisation to your candidates
• Reduce your stress on the day by allowing you to focus on the candidate in front of you, and allowing our staff to welcome and set-up other candidates
• Create peace of mind for you and your candidates so that you can get the best out of your interview process, and get the best person for the job
• Avoid candidates going to remote places if your company is set outside Edinburgh

Interview Hosting: £5 per interview candidate plus £16/hr for the hire of the meeting room (inc VAT)
