Norma Jones

Norma Jones joined the Housing Options Scotland team as an Associate, managing administration, finance and the HOS training and events programme. She has a varied background in housing advice and advocacy, homelessness, politics, broadcasting, campaign work, lecturing, staff training, social research and service user involvement. She is also a partner in Jones Ogg Associates, a successful communication consultancy which organises and delivers training, event management, design and media work, communication audits and social research for organisations across Scotland.
