I am Chair of The Melting Pot, working in a voluntary capacity to support Claire and the team develop TMP's work to support the success of our client's projects. When not working with The Melting Pot, I have founded two new businesses in 2011, building on my recent experience as Chief Executive of the Scottish division of Pilotlight. My first business, Taylor Horne, is a consultancy business providing support around the key business relationships that our clients have. In particular our team focus on sales, staffing and fundraising. My second business, Deep Blue Crystal will have a full launch in early 2012, and will accelerate the growth of small and medium sized businesses, drawing on the expertise of a wide variety of people who have been there/done that before. In doing this we will ensure that from our profit making business we are able to provide heavily subsidised support to ambitious organisations in the charity and social enterprise space.
