Ashley Buchan

I joined The Melting Pot to work in the Community Building group to gain some experience and insight into the Third Sector work and specifically the work of The Melting Pot and it's members. From what I understood early on The Melting Pot struck me as an innovative and exciting workspace which I could gain a lot from, especially as an Student facing a difficult job market. I look forward to geting stuck into the Community Building challenge and I'm sure it'll prove very worthwhile.
