The Sustainable Development Education Network present a free seminar introducing Ecological Footprinting. Lunch provided.
We are regularly told that we are using the Earth’s resources at an unsustainable rate but how do we know? More importantly – how do we know what we need to change to be sustainable?
Ecological Footprinting is one of the main ways of measuring how sustainable we are as individuals, organisations, countries or as the Human Race.
This workshop will: WWF will introduce the concept of Ecological Footprinting, set out the elements that make up a footprint, highlight the Footprinting resources available to educators for individuals, schools & local authorities and discuss how these can be used in education work.
