Pamela Redpath is a chartered accountant dedicated to supporting the development of third sector companies. She is also a specialist in legal and management models for social enterprises, promoting a clear and concise approach to her work.
Her session will cover:
- Costing out products or services
- Working out breakeven point
- Budget setting and monitoring
- Using the cashflow statement for monitoring and options' appraisal
- VAT issues
The 1-2-1 sessions will provide an opportunity to look at your individual issues and questions.
