Induction and familiarisation with Community Hosts operations for all members wishing to host. Informal discussions surrounding protocol and logs, rota, H&S and all remaining daily operations.

Hosts are the first port of call for our Members and visitors to TMP. They meet and greet, answer the phone, occasionally fix the printer and generally help TMP service our space and guests. It’s about making TMP a great, friendly place to work.
We’re looking for more Members’ to become Community Hosts. You can take a regular 3-5 hour slot (1/week) or be on-call for an ad-hoc shift to cover the gaps that emerge. You can have a morning, afternoon or evening shift, Monday – Friday. Minimum commitment 2-3 months. Holidays and life emergencies are allowed!
In return you get free space to work for the hours you’re hosting plus more if needed, greater profile and stronger relationships to other TMP Members. You also get your own keys.
