If you're ready to make a room hire booking with us, please read our terms and conditions, then complete and email back the appropriate booking form(s).
Submission of a booking form becomes our contract with each other and is subject to the cancellation notice and charges stated in our TnCs.
Please note we require one completed form per day of your event and per room needed. For example, if you're doing a 2-day event, you can save the required form on your own computer and then re-use it adjusting the details necessary such as date of hire, menu options etc.
Completion of the booking form will also enable you to approximate a total cost for the event. This cost is provisional until after the event, so that you change what you need either in advance or, if necessary, on the day of hire. You'll be contacted the week prior to the event to confirm any changes, especially to your catering order. Please save your booking form for your own records.
Booking Forms:
Where possible please complete the excel file version, if this is not possible, download and print the pdf version and either post it or scan and email it to us. When we receive your booking, we will confirm that your provisional enquiry is confirmed with us.
