You would join our Front of House team, creating an inviting and supportive atmosphere for our customers together with a professional standard of delivery.
We need people who are confident and outgoing, receptive to people's needs, a quick learner, and willing to take on a range of duties including handling enquiries, running customer inductions, maintaining records, providing technical support, helping to organise events.
Our Mission: To inspire and support people to realise their imaginative ideas for a better world.

Further Volunteering Opportunities
The Melting Pot has been developed over the past 2 years by a team of diverse volunteers, all contributing their skills to the pot to make things happen. We're looking for a few people to join the team over the next 3-6 months through a number of specific volunteer posts. Extend and develop your experience, skills and connections on the job whilst meeting defined targets that continue to build The Melting Pot in our start-up stage.
- Marketing Team – e-bulletin design and production, customer research and contact management, responding to enquiries, design of marketing materials (with full branding brief), website development.
- Events Space Manager & Hospitality Volunteers – targeted promotion of our event spaces, customer liaison, hosting events, lising with suppliers and stock control, invoicing, evaluation and service improvement.
- Events Organisers – work with the TMP Team to organise, put on and evaluate events for members and the public.
