- Hire and professional setup of equipment
- Telephone costs
- Test link to ensure a strong connection during the conference
- On site assistance and technical support
This will:
- Reduce your stress by ensuring everything is setup for prior to arrival
- Ensure a good connection with the remote site
- Ensure the conference runs smoothly on the day
- Provide a professional service for you and your colleagues at the remote site
