Interview Hosting
At The Melting Pot we realise that conducting interviews can be as stressful for the interviewer as they are for the interviewee. As such, when you are holding job interviews in our meeting room we can provide an additional hosting service for your candidates.
This includes:

Each applicant being welcomed by our staff and made comfortable in a private waiting and working space for up to 1/2 hour before their interview

Providing tea, coffee or water for the interviewee while they wait

Setting the candidate up with any organisational materials, tasks or exercises you require
This will:

Provide a professional experience and image of your organisation to your interview candidates.

Reduce your stress on the day by allowing our staff to welcome and set-up your candidates

Create peace of mind for you and your candidates so that you can get the best out of your interview process, and get the best person for the job
Our Event Hosts are always on site to support you and ensure your event is a great success. Interview hosting rates are only £15 per hour for the meeting room with an additional £5 per interview candidate.
